Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@linions.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you, the customer, will bear the shipping cost. All return requests will be resolved within 24-48 hours after filing a claim.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@linions.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us at support@linions.com.

For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, usually within the next 30 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
